Refund Policy

Smew AI is run by YunHe, Hong Kong. Refund requests go to support@smew.ai.

Failed creations

If a video or image fails or never arrives, the credits it used come back to your balance automatically. You don't need to ask.

Unused purchases: full refund within 14 days

If you haven't used any credits from a purchase (a one-time pack or a plan period), write to support@smew.ai within 14 days of the payment with the email of your account, and we refund that purchase in full to the original payment method. The credits it added are removed.

Used credits

Credits that were spent on creations can't be refunded, whatever the result, because every creation is paid to the AI provider that makes it. If something went wrong with a result, tell us and we'll look at it.

Plans

Cancel any time in Profile with Manage subscription. Your plan and its credits stay active until the end of the period you paid for, and you aren't charged again. Cancelling doesn't refund the current period, except under the 14-day rule above.

How refunds arrive

Refunds go back through Stripe to the card or wallet you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer law where you live.
